What is the Application of Casings:

What is Kaizer Casings?

* Kaizer Casing used Q420B or Q345B steel pipe,Thickness 8-60mm,Outer Diameter(Round):620 – 2500 mm,Length:1m to 6m.

* The use of powerfull rotary drives or the use of oscilators requires the application of heavy duty casings.Kaizer offers two types of casings:Double walled casings and Single walled casings.

* Double walled casings can be used universally,as they are designed especially for transmitting high rotational and vertical forces as created by the rig rotary drives or oscillations.The use of double walled casings ensures a flush drill string.

* Single walled casings can be used for applications where weight reduction is important.

* The upper end of the sleeve can be connected with the protective cylinder driver or the sleeve through a pin shaft, and the lower end of the sleeve can be connected with the sleeve shoe or the sleeve. The casing has protective support and guiding functions.

What is Casing Shoes?

* The front end of the boot is inlaid with alloy drill teeth. Through rotation and downward pressure, all kinds of formations and rocks are cut around to reduce the resistance of embedded casing and improve the ability of casing drilling.

* Can be fitted with WS tooth holders(WS 39) or weld-on teeth type BR or Bh(others on request).

Whats is Casing Drive Adaptor?

* The power head is connected with the drive plate, the connecting plate, the casing driver, and the casing and the casing. The torque and pressure are transmitted to the casing and the casing. The soil alternately reduces the resistance of the embedded casing.

* The upper part of the protective cylinder driver is connected with the connecting plate through a pin shaft, and the lower part is connected with the sleeve. The diameter of the protective cylinder driver must be consistent with the diameter of the sleeve; the lower part of the protective cylinder driver has a positioning groove and a stop for easy connection with the casing. The role of the protective tube driver is to transmit the torque and pressure to the sleeve and the boot.
